Lorsqu'une carte bancaire a été volée ou perdue, les retraits sont parfois opérés par les fraudeurs avant que le titulaire ne fasse opposition. C'est ce dont était avisé une cliente de la Banque Postale pour un montant de 742 €; elle en demandait restitut...
