Pui la cuptor cu 20 de catei de usturoi

Cum se face puiul la cuptor cu 20 de catei de usturoi, reteta culinara pentru pui la cuptor Ingrediente 3 linguri ulei de masline, 1 pui de 1,5 kg (fara piele, taiat in 4 portii), faina, 20 de catei de usturoi curatati, 1  1/2 tija  de telina, 2 crengute de rozmarin proaspat sau 1/2 lingurita rozmarin uscat, 1 1/2  crengute cimbru proaspat sau 1/4 lingurita cimbru uscat, 1/2 cana vermut sec sau vin alb, 1/2 cana supa de pasare, 3/4 lingurita sare, 1/2 lingurita piper. Mod de preparare Incingi cuptorul la 180ºC . Intr-o tigaie mare, incingi ulei de masline, la cof potrivit. Dai carnea prin faina, scuturand-o de faina in exces. Pui o parte din carne in tigaie si calesti cate 4 minute fiecare parte. Apoi o asezi intr-o tava de cuptor. Calesti la fel si carnea ramasa si o asezi in tava. Adaugi in tigaie usturoiul, telina, rozmarinul si cimbrul si le calesti 1 minut. Adaugi vermutul sau vinul alb.
